We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our Marketing team and enrich our business and support our brand promotion and sales initiatives through the creation of written and visual content including new blog posts, bids/tenders user guides and marketing copy.

The Content Specialist responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication as well as translating incredible engineering content into rich, digestible articles and publications. If you’re familiar with producing online and offline content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. 

Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Specialist, Copywriter or similar
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Familiarity with online and print publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
  • Interest or experience in technology (can be unrelated)

      Beneficial requirements:

      • Interest or experience in related technology
      • Data visualisation experience
      • Fluent in another language besides English

          Key responsibilities:

          • Research industry-related topics (combining internal interviews and discussions, online sources, interviews and studies)
          • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
          • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
          • Proofread and edit content before publication
          • Submit work to the CEO for input and approval
          • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
          • Promote content on social media
          • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
          • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
          • Update website content as needed
          • Support the creation of bid and tender documents
          • Support key note speaking content for the CEO and sales teams.
