Domin are looking for a driven and motivated person to join a fast growing, engineering focussed technology firm based in the centre of Bristol. 

We are looking for someone with experience in leading marketing activities and people who wants to grow and lead the implementation of a new team with the company.  

We need someone who has a clear ability to think strategically and tactically whilst also being prepared to get involved in the day to day. We are a taking a strategic step forward in the positioning of the company and need someone to help lead the brand, events marketing, digital marketing and more. You will be supported by a digital marketing agency and a growing team around you in order to deliver short term and long term marketing goals. 

Essential requirements:

Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role helps grow the long term success of the business. The ideal candidate will have: Quick learner as there will be a lot to learn

  • Demonstrable record of success as a marketing manager, leading a small agile team and delivering successful marketing strategies 

  •  

    Strong experience in the B2B environment 
  • Track record of over-achieving quota 
  • You are structured, organised, and use data to drive strategy, campaigns and marketing spend 
  • Be a strong copywriter, and be happy to get involved in day-to-day marketing activities 
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to manage a range of activities, prioritise, and manage time effectively 

      Beneficial requirements:

      • >6 years working in Marketing 
      • Experience working with HubSpot 
      • A degree, or in lieu, relevant work experience 
      • Experience in a lead generating role 
      • Experience in the hydraulics industry 

      • Fluent in another language besides English 

       

        Key responsibilities:

        • Build and run a clear marketing strategy to achieve vital lead generation targets 
        • Supporting senior leadership on marketing strategy at a company level 
        • Reposition the website in order to develop Domin’s technology led brand 
        • Be fully in control of the budgets for marketing 
        • Work closely with the Head of Sales and other department heads to ensure we are all driving to the same goal and supporting progress 
        • Take responsibility of the entire marketing campaign calendar, and all marketing activity 
        • Lead the use of a mix of digital marketing approaches to generate more leads 
        • Promote the use of PR activities to promote our brand. 
        • Be hands-on writing copy and setting up campaigns 
        • Monitor, test and optimise marketing activities 
        • Manage our brand presence across the internet 
        • Manage our brand internally 
        • Manage our CRM and marketing software, adding/updating/changing as this fast-changing world evolves 
        • Maintain our brand and sales support collateral 
        • Lead and grow the marketing team
