Domin are looking for a driven and motivated person to join a fast growing, engineering focussed technology firm based in the centre of Bristol. 

We are looking for someone with experience in leading sales activities and people who want to make an impact and lead a growing team with the company.  

We need someone who has a clear ability to think strategically and operationally whilst also being prepared to get involved in the day-to-day sales activities. We are taking an innovative sales team into a period of operationally led growth and need a technically minded sales leader to grow the revenue of the business. 

Essential requirements:

Reporting into the profit and loss owner of the business unit, this critical role will help drive the company into overall profitability and growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in leading a sales team who are selling industrial products that are both standard and semi customisable.

  • You are structured, organised, and use data to drive strategy, decisions, and sales decisions Track record of over-achieving quota 

  • Wide experience in B2B sales. 
  • Experience in high volume of deals and units sold 

  • Track record of delivering revenue growth 

  • High level of structure and sales process 

  • Strong reporting skills 

      Beneficial requirements:

      • >6 years working in sales
      • Hydraulics sales experience 
      • Experience working in HubSpot 
      • Technical background 

        Key responsibilities:

        • Deliver on aggressive sales growth in order to bring the company into profit 

        • Lead the sales team to deliver on revenue targets based and sales and margin targets 

        • Manage and grow a team of Technical Sales team members to ensure they deliver on targets, achieve personal growth, and uphold the values of Domin. 

        • Develop sales tools and processes to enable structured, repeatable, and reliable sales 

        • Work hand in hand with a marketing manager to generate sales led marketing material to generate leads and key sales 

        • Implement sales processes to deliver a lean, effective, and innovative sales team 

        • Develop key relationships with our top clients 

        • Lead and motivate the sales team to create a competitive and collaborative environment for the team to thrive and deliver on targets 

        • Generate individual targets for the team to promote overall KPI growth 

        • Maintain and deliver on our brand values and brand throughout the sales journey for our team and customers
