Domin are looking for an experienced operationally led business unit owner who can take ownership of a newly created division.

We are looking for someone who has experience in owning the P&L of a division with proven track record of being able to deliver on operationally led sales, marketing, and production. They ideal candidate must either have strong sales or production background with an ambition to grow revenues 100% year on year.

We have great products that need to be taken from the incubation stage of adoption through to scale and maturity within a billion-dollar market.

You will lead, manage, and develop the overall performance of the business unit delivering on key targets owning budgets and future portfolio and reporting directly into the CEO.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver on ambitious revenue growth targets for 2022 and 2023.
  • Take full responsibility for a business unit that operates within a 2-billion-dollar market
  • Reduce cost of production to generate very high gross margin products
  • Lead the valve business unit including sales, production, applications and marketing
  • Manage the team to deliver on the individual targets
  • Create a high performing business unit capable of delivering on sales and production KPIs
  • Generate lean and effective processes that allow the entire team to focus on execution with control and speed
  • Lead the unit to become a net cash contributor to the company
  • Report clear information to senior leadership
  • Influence business unit strategy to deliver reliable and repeatable growth

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in managing P&L
